A genuinely local mode
On-device Whisper for transcription and a local Ollama model for the write-up. In this mode no audio, no notes and no transcript leave the machine — and it costs nothing, because there is no bill to pass on.

Both sides of the call
WASAPI loopback on Windows captures Teams, Zoom and Meet alongside your microphone, with independent level sliders. Android has a room mode tuned for a phone in the middle of a table.
Speaker separation, then names
Splits the far end into separate speakers, proposes names from the conversation and your attendee list, and lets you rename any of them by hand when it guesses wrong.
Click a line, hear the line
Every transcript line is a seek point. Play one line and it stops where the next begins — useful when you need to check exactly what someone committed to.
Google and Outlook, in the sidebar
Upcoming meetings with attendees, RSVP status, the agenda from the invite and one-tap join. Recurring events thread into a series, so each note opens with what was left unresolved last time.
Todoist, both directions
Push actions per-task or all at once, into a Todoist project that mirrors yours. Tick it off in either app and the other updates. An "only my tasks" filter keeps other people's actions out of your list.
It notices the call starting
When another app opens the microphone — including browser calls like Meet — Minuted offers to record. Tell it "never for this app" once and it stops asking, which is what you want for dictation tools.
Shaped to the kind of meeting
Templates for 1:1, standup, customer call, interview and retro, each producing minutes in the right shape. Untitled meetings name themselves from their content.
Ask the minutes
Question your whole library, or one project, and get answers with clickable citations back to the meeting they came from.
It survives a crash
If the app or the machine dies mid-recording, the audio is repaired and handed back to you on next launch. Deleting anything gives you a real undo window before it commits.
Sync that leaves the audio behind
Meetings, notes and tasks follow your account across devices. The recordings stay on the machine that made them, and you set whether they are kept for 30, 90 or 365 days — or forever.
